Helen is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators, and holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Notre q6Dame Australia. She is also a member of Women Lawyers of Western Australia (Inc).
In addition to undertaking her articled clerk training last year, Helen has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Building and Construction Law with the University of Notre Dame Australia.

Annelie is a graduate of the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education (PU for CHE), South Africa. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Africa in February 1995. She practised as a sole practitioner in the areas of family law, personal injury law and other areas of general practice.
Annelie immigrated to Australia in 2003. In April 2004 she was admitted as solicitor in New South Wales. She was admitted to practice law in Western Australia on 28 September 2007 and joined the family law department of Lynn & Brown in October 2007. She is mainly involved with family law issues.
Annelie is also a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of WA and speaks Afrikaans fluently.

Nick completed his degrees in 2007, and having also completed a course at the College of Law (Vic) in early 2008, he was admitted on 21 July 2008 as a legal practitioner in Western Australia. Nick is also admitted as a legal practitioner in Victoria.
Nick has also completed clerkships at two of the top four national accounting firms working in their tax areas. He is fluent in conversational Ukrainian, and can understand Polish.
Nick formerly served as a Secretary on the Malaga and Districts Business Association.
Nick advises with respect to all areas of general legal practice.

Admitted as a lawyer in 1997 after graduating from the University of Western Australia, Helena has worked in family law, general commercial law and probate litigation.
Helena commenced working with Lynn & Brown in 2009 and advises with respect to all areas of general practice.
Trang is a graduate of Curtin University majoring in journalism with a minor degree in public relations. Prior to her entering the legal profession, Trang had worked as a journalist and continues to freelance on occasion.
Trang is fluent in conversational Vietnamese.
Stirling joined Lynn & Brown as a law clerk in November 2009. He is currently in his third year of a law/business double degree at Murdoch University.
Stirling hopes to graduate in 2012 and pursue a career in law.
